By placing an order, you accept the general terms and conditions set out below, applicable to AY Webshops ApS.
On Plakaty.dk all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties.
On Plakaty.se all prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT and duties.
On Plakaty.de all prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT and duties.
We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.
The shipping price is displayed at checkout. When purchasing products on www.plakaty.dk, www.plakaty.se or www.plakaty.de, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. You must be at least 18 years old to shop; if you are under 18, parental consent is required.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
If a price is clearly incorrect, and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product at the incorrect price.
We accept payment by VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer. The payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched. All amounts are shown in the respective domain currency (DKK, SEK, or EUR) and include VAT. Subject to pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. We deliver throughout Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Norway, and shipping prices are shown at checkout. Your items will be delivered to the specified delivery address and will typically arrive within 2–5 business days (longer delivery times should be expected for Sweden and Norway).
Please note: Frames are not shipped to Sweden or Germany.
We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Your items will be shipped via PostNord or GLS. Please note that if there is no space at the pickup point, the package will be redirected to the nearest one, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service. For certain products, special delivery terms may apply, which will be specified before purchase.
Free shipping on posters starts from: 399 DKK / 699 SEK / 80 €
If the product is not picked up at a parcel shop within 6 days, the product will automatically be returned. The buyer will then be charged a return shipping fee of:
- 200 DKK for orders placed on Plakaty.dk
- 300 SEK for orders placed on Plakaty.se
- 15 € for orders placed on Plakaty.de
The remaining order value will be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us in connection with returns or shortages of goods.
If you notice that the package is damaged, we strongly encourage you to point this out when receiving the package at the pickup point and immediately contact us. After 5 days, we can no longer pursue the claim with the shipping company.
As proof, please send the following:
- Photos of all exterior sides of the package
- Photos of all interior packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- One of the photos must show the GLS label attached to the package
It is important that all packaging and the product are kept and not used until the matter is resolved.
Send photos of the damaged items, date of receipt, shipping label, and interior/exterior packaging to info@plakaty.dk.
If visible transport damage has occurred, it is important that you notify the courier upon receipt. You may open the package while the courier is present. If the contents are damaged, please refuse delivery so the courier can return the package to our warehouse. If you do not immediately report the transport damage, it may affect our ability to pursue a claim with the transport company. Reporting the damage right away also makes it easier to prove that it occurred during transport.
We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Plakaty.dk does not cover return shipping costs.

Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
For refunds, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be sent safely by email or other electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.
You have a 14-day full return right on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you:
- Receive the order.
- Receive the last item in physical possession, when ordering multiple different items in one order delivered separately.
- Receive the last batch or part, when purchasing items consisting of several batches/parts.
- Receive the first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of items over a defined period.
Return shipping costs must be borne by you. Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after notifying us. Notification must be sent by email to info@plakaty.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item, you must fill out the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery without also clearly notifying us.
If the entire purchase (or part of it, where the returned amount falls below 400 DKK / 699 SEK / 80 €) is returned, Plakaty.dk reserves the right to charge a service fee of 95 DKK / 120 SEK / 12 € to cover lost shipping and packaging costs.
It is not possible to return parts of a combination order. Any returns of such orders must be agreed in advance.
To shop at Plakaty.dk, you must at minimum provide:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We register your personal data in order to complete your order and to keep you informed of its status.
The information is stored for 5 years. The data will not be shared with third parties. Subject to printing errors, price changes, and sold-out items.

Plakaty.dk strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. We ship to all of Denmark, and shipping prices are displayed at checkout. Your items will be delivered to the specified delivery address and will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days. We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Your items will be shipped with Post Nord or GLS. Please note that if there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service. Special delivery terms apply to certain items, which will be stated specifically before purchase.

If you notice that the package is damaged, we strongly encourage you to point this out at the parcel shop upon delivery and contact us immediately. After 5 days, we are no longer able to forward the claim to the shipping company.
As proof, please send the following:
- Photos of all exterior surfaces of the package
- Photos of all interior protection
- Photos of the damaged contents
- We must be able to see the attached GLS label on one of the pictures of the packaging.
It is important that all packaging and the product are saved and not used until the case is concluded.
Send pictures of the damaged goods, date of receipt, label on the package and pictures of the package outside and inside to info@plakaty.dk .
If, contrary to expectations, there has been visible damage to the goods during transport, it is important that you inform the carrier of this upon receipt. You may open the package while the carrier is present. If the contents are damaged, please refuse to accept the package so that the carrier can take it back to our warehouse. If you do not immediately inform us of the damage during transport, this may affect our ability to file a claim against the transport company. It is also easier for you to prove that the damage occurred during transport if you file a complaint immediately.
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Plakaty.dk will not cover return costs.

If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

If the entire purchase (or part of the returned purchase that falls below DKK 400 in value) is returned, Plakaty.dk reserves the right to charge a service fee of DKK 95 to cover lost shipping and packaging costs.
It is not possible to return parts of an order if it is a combination order. Any returns of such orders must be approved by agreement.
