Through this, we will process your personal data so that we can enter into a dialogue with you, for example, answer questions about our services. We only process the information that you provide us in connection with our communication.

We will typically process the following general information: name, email, telephone number.

Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We will delete our communication with you when it is clear whether you want our services or not. Should there be a need to store your personal information for a longer period of time, this may be the case.

Customers

We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. This allows us to process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and the like.

The basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding issues have been resolved, we will immediately delete the personal data.

Newsletter

We have a newsletter that is voluntary to subscribe to – and you can always unsubscribe from this again.

The purpose of the newsletter is to send registered emails with new information from the company, which may include new content on the website or advertising of our services.

We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to this. This requires that you provide your email address, to which we will subsequently send an email so that you can confirm your registration. In this way, we ensure that you have actually signed up for the newsletter yourself, i.e. given active consent.

Our legal basis for processing your personal data (i.e. your email address) in connection with the newsletter will be Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We will process your personal data as long as you are still subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will stop sending it to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for 1 year, your consent will lapse as a result of our inaction.

When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will store your previous consent for 2 years due to statute of limitations, cf. the Consumer Ombudsman's spam guidelines, section 11.3.

Accounting

We must store all accounting documents, cf. the Danish Accounting Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may include general personal information such as name, address, service description.

Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We retain this information for a minimum of 5 years after the current financial year has ended.

Job applications

We welcome job applications with a view to assessing whether they match a hiring need in our company.

If you send us your job application, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

If you have sent an unsolicited application, HR will immediately assess whether your application is relevant and then delete your information if there is no match.

If you have submitted an application for a posted job, we will delete your application if you are not hired and immediately after the right candidate has been found.

We have partners and suppliers who may be data processors. Examples include systems to organize our work, IT hosting, or marketing.

Our responsibility is to ensure that your personal data is processed properly, and we place high demands on our partners to protect your personal data. We therefore enter into agreements with data processors.

When you place an order, you accept the general terms and conditions below applicable to AY Webshops ApS .

Prices

At Plakaty.dk, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

The shipping price is displayed when you reach the checkout. When purchasing products on www.plakaty.dk, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. You must be at least 18 years old to shop on plakaty.dk; if you are under 18, consent from your parents is required.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Price error

If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not obliged to supply the product in question at the incorrect price.

Payment

Plakaty.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank transfer. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Plakaty.dk strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. We ship to all of Denmark, and shipping prices are displayed at checkout. Your items will be delivered to the specified delivery address and will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days. We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Your items will be shipped with Post Nord or GLS. Please note that if there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service. Special delivery terms apply to certain items, which will be stated specifically before purchase.

Transport damage

PACKAGE SHOP

If you notice that the package is damaged, we strongly encourage you to point this out at the parcel shop upon delivery and contact us immediately. After 5 days, we are no longer able to forward the claim to the shipping company.

As proof, please send the following:

- Photos of all exterior surfaces of the package
- Photos of all interior protection
- Photos of the damaged contents
- We must be able to see the attached GLS label on one of the pictures of the packaging.

It is important that all packaging and the product are saved and not used until the case is concluded.
Send pictures of the damaged goods, date of receipt, label on the package and pictures of the package outside and inside to info@plakaty.dk .

HOME DELIVERY

If, contrary to expectations, there has been visible damage to the goods during transport, it is important that you inform the carrier of this upon receipt. You may open the package while the carrier is present. If the contents are damaged, please refuse to accept the package so that the carrier can take it back to our warehouse. If you do not immediately inform us of the damage during transport, this may affect our ability to file a claim against the transport company. It is also easier for you to prove that the damage occurred during transport if you file a complaint immediately.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Plakaty.dk will not cover return costs.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must bear the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. The notification must be given by email at info@plakaty.dk . In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

If the entire purchase (or part of the returned purchase that falls below DKK 400 in value) is returned, Plakaty.dk reserves the right to charge a service fee of DKK 95 to cover lost shipping and packaging costs.

It is not possible to return parts of an order if it is a combination order. Any returns of such orders must be approved by agreement.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Custom-made posters
  • Printed poster products in non-standard dimensions and sizes.
